My business went to SWFL Plumbing because Luc was the only plumber that was able to assess the issue and provide a recommendation to identify the root cause of the leak. I had a water damage issue that caused my drywall, baseboard and a corner of my carpet to be wet. When I tore down the drywall, I could see that the cement block had a water stain, but there wasn't a visible leak from a pipe so it was hard to pinpoint where it was coming from. There is the main water pipe that goes outside through the cement block. Luc recommended me to shut off the main water overnight and use the dehumidifier to see if the water stain evaporates and it did! I had 3 plumbers, leak detection and remediation come and give their ideas where the water was coming from and only Luc was able to give me a solid way to figure it out. I wish I had reached out sooner. After confirm, a different crew with Milan oversaw the actual replacement of the pipe and he was equally as informative and helped explain everything about the materials and the pipe. They replaced the hose bib and pipe and added a shut off valve that came under budget compared to other competitors so I was definitely happy with the work and price.

I do some plumbing myself so I partially know what to watch for. I gave them 5 stars because they did very good work. I will point out that they damaged the drywall removed to the point that I couldn't put it back to patch the hole. This will cost me additional money. Not a big deal but, could have been avoided. Also, notice how the plumber didn't tape his wrench when tightening the shower fixture so the finish was damaged. Anyway, the traps under the sink don't leak and overall I'm very happy. I would hire them again for sure as no one is perfect but, these guys are definately reputable and do very good work. *************** UPDATE: Jan 2025 I had SWFL Plumbing back out to investigate my plugged sewer connection. We dug up the yard, ran snakes several times and we struggled to find the plug. Luc came out with special equipment and we found the problem. This company does great work.

Luc and his team are ALWAYS superb when they come to the house for repairs and replacements! Both in their plumbing skillz and their professionalism. They replaced our aging washer box, valves, and hot & cold water hoses on their most recent visit. We paid to become personal customer members of the company and we got our cost discount as they promised. They won't charge you for or tell you to replace something that you don't need. That's the best asset for this company.....honesty & integrity.

Luke came out today because we had an emergency. He was sooooo great he stayed with us to get the job done. WE HAVE WATER!!! While he was here he cleaned our water heater which was scheduled for later this month. He was professional, had all the right tools and supplies and was just a pleasure. We both highly recommend SWFL Plumbing. It's a family business and that means they care about you!!!

SWFL Plumbing did a great job replacing and repairing some plumbing issues I had and exceeded all of my expectations. It is a rare thing these days to receive such personalized service. My plumber fixed all of my issues with integrity and cleanliness. He went over everything with me and gave me informative feedback. The owner came out as well to oversee the job and gave me detailed explanations of what had been done and why. I will always choose SWFL Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

Had an amazing experience with SWFL Plumbing and will be using them from this point forward! Luke, the owner took the time to come by to explain all of the details and to make sure all of the work was completed properly. He also took the time to sit down to discuss future projects that they will complete for us. Logan arrived as expected, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The team was on time and did an expert job of running the pipe securing the pipe and putting the water purification system in a convenient spot. I was very happy with their work with the speed of their work and the quality of their work. I would recommend them for plumbing services very highly.

Water heater went out in the morning, asked my neighbor if he had any recommendations for a licensed plumber and he recommended SWFL Plumbing. They were prompt in scheduling me as it was an emergency for same-day install. Technician Lucas was kind, respectful, and professional. The owner Luc stopped by to check on the project which we appreciated, something you dont see much of nowadays. He came by and introduced himself and made sure everything was up to his standard. Highly recommend, professional service, professional people, and honestly, honest price too.
